Who we are

WPF GO is a trading name of First Home Buyers Summit Pty Ltd (ABN 52 682 508 014). WPF GO is part of the WPF Holdings group of companies. Homes are built by external builders on land from external land developers. Loans are arranged through WPF Finance or external banks, depending on each client’s requirements. WPF Finance arranges credit under Australian Credit Licence 561207.

Related parties and how we’re paid. Builders and land developers are external companies, not part of the WPF Holdings group. WPF Finance is part of the group. Property management companies, including any that provide a rental guarantee, are external businesses and are not part of the WPF Holdings group. WPF GO earns commissions when a client buys a property through us, and the WPF Holdings group earns income from financing the deal when the loan is arranged through WPF Finance. This means WPF GO and the group benefit financially if you buy a property and take a loan through the group.

Tax information

Tax information on this site is stated as at the date shown on each page, and is based on the law and published sources at that date.

• The Treasury Laws Amendment (Tax Reform No. 1) Act 2026 changed negative gearing and capital gains tax for residential property acquired after 7:30pm AEST on 12 May 2026.
• The definition of a “new residential dwelling” is in the Treasury Laws Amendment (Tax Reform No. 3) Bill 2026, which is before Parliament at the date of writing. Anything said about new residential dwellings is subject to that legislation, which may be passed, amended or not passed.
• WPF GO does not state that any particular property is, or will be, a new residential dwelling for tax purposes.
• Tax outcomes depend on your circumstances. Illustrations of how a deduction works at a given marginal rate are not estimates of your tax position.

Finance

References to 100% of the purchase price plus LMI describe a type of finance offered through licensed lending partners, including Empower Money (Australian Credit Licence 561207). All finance is subject to eligibility, the lender’s credit assessment, terms and conditions, fees and charges. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a pre-approval or a statement that you are eligible. A larger loan means more interest and more exposure if property values fall.

Rental guarantees

Any rental guarantee referred to in WPF GO content is provided by the property management company named in the relevant agreement, not by WPF GO, a government or a bank. The property management company is an external business and is not part of the WPF Holdings group. A rental guarantee:

• runs for a fixed term, typically three years, and ends when that term ends or earlier under the agreement’s terms;
• depends on the provider being able to pay;
• is subject to the conditions in the agreement;
• does not protect against falls in property value, interest rate changes, repairs or costs after it ends.

Calculators

Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. They are not forecasts, quotes, offers of credit or promises of any outcome. They do not include changes in property values, and actual rents, costs, interest rates and tax outcomes will differ. The worst case shown is an illustration, not the worst outcome possible.
